Terms of Service

SleepySproutzzz is for adults (18+) creating stories for children ages 2–8. By using this service you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

See our Privacy Policy. Do not enter sensitive personal information about children. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at sleepysproutzzz.app@gmail.com. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

• Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase, including any applicable free trial period
• Credits (Star Sprinkles, Cloud Chimes, Dream Seeds) have no cash value and are non-refundable
• Most purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Bookshelf content requires an active PLUS or higher subscription — content becomes inaccessible if your subscription lapses but is not deleted for 90 days
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Purchases are final unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at sleepysproutzzz.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.

© SleepySproutzzz 2026. All rights reserved. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated stories as follows:

• Personal use — read aloud within your household
• Childcare use — daycare, preschool, and nursery staff may read aloud to children in their care
• Educational use — teachers may use during class storytelling sessions

Not permitted: copying, distributing, selling, or publishing stories, or claiming them as your own. Stories may only be accessed through an active subscription.

Enterprise licensing: Large organizations contact sleepysproutzzz.app@gmail.com

You may share screenshots or PDF exports on personal social media with proper attribution to SleepySproutzzz. Commercial use of generated stories is not permitted without written consent.

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content; or use automated means to access the service without permission.

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected. Always review AI-generated content before sharing with children. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated output.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SleepySproutzzz is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, with a minimum of $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at sleepysproutzzz.app@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules — you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Bookshelf content will be retained for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
